Siirexian Dragon - Spirit

This one was incredibly troublesome for me to get right. I sketched out about 6 ideas before it looked correct to me.

The idea of "spirit" dragon is mainly because they feed on both physical food as well as energy life-forces from within every creature, particularily humans and other dragons, because they harbor the most spiritual force. Majority of these dragons, however, are peaceful beings and do not take enough life to kill, the effects will merely drain the victim for a few days (or months even, depending on the severity of the drain) and they do regain strength.

The attack is usually quick, and the victim hardly knows it has happened. This is due to the poison they inject from spurs that retract in and out of the wrists. This poison induces a euphoric paralyzation that can last anywhere from minutes to hours. The victim goes into a helpless but peaceful "nap". During these naps, the victim will often see visions of thier future, past, and other curious things.

Some individuals of this type are very dark, and prey upon anything they come across, often killing it's victims, draining them completely of all life. The naps of these victims are nothing but horrific nightmares and often decietful visions given by the dragon out of pure sadistic enjoyment. The emotions and fear given off by the victim only makes the energy it drains all the more powerful.

Some believe that these dragons don't even need to feed upon you to feel what kind of person you are, as if peering into your soul.

They are covered in beautiful pearly scales that shift colors vibrantly depending on what they are feeling. The darker ones are often black but have the same abilities.

These dragons do not have a breeding colony where humans live alongside them like the other species. They are far too advanced and intelligent to be controlled by humans. They observe the lives of others on the outer rims of civilization and rarely get involved in the matters of humans unless they feel they are truely needed.

Many believe these are the first dragons to roam their world and that the Spirit dragons know far more about the truth of Siirexian and human origins than anyone.

These dragons are not necessarily good nor are they purely evil. They are mainly a neutral creature of un-equalled intellgence, however, thier intentions (because they feed upon others) are obscure to others and many do not trust them because of this.
